Chamomile Lemon Iced Tea
Ingredients:
1 cup of chamomile tea leaves
2 whole lemons cut in half
6 cups of hot water
1 cup of honey
To make:
In a small sauce pan, mix honey, hot water, tea and lemon halves. Cook over medium heat for about half an hour. Then put in a fine wire strainer and squeeze all the juice out. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.
