Tannenbaum Sparkler
Looking for a festive sip to enjoy at home or share as you host this Winter? This festive cocktail from the Main House features a homemade cranberry and pomegranate puree topped with Cava for a bright, seasonal sip!
To mix:
1 oz. Cranberry Pomegranate Puree*
.5 oz. lime juice
Top with Cava
Serve in a flute, and garnish with fresh rosemary and cranberry. Cheers!
*Cranberry Pomegranate Puree
8 cups frozen cranberries
3 cups pomegranate juice
4 cups sugar
Cook cranberries and 2 cups of sugar on medium heat in a saucepan for 20 minutes until the cranberries begin to break down. Once the cranberries are mushy, transfer them to a Vitamix blender, and add the pomegranate juice. Strain the mixture equally into two quart-size containers, and add one cup of sugar to each. Fill the quart containers to the top with water and stir thoroughly until all is mixed/dissolved.
