Enjoy this Blackberry Mountain take on a classic sidecar. This recipe balances the nuttiness of the amaretto with the fruitiness of the apricot liqueur, but still has the bones of the sidecar cocktail you know and love.
Ingredients:
0.25 oz. Lazzaroni Amaretto
0.5 oz. Bitter Truth Apricot Liqueur
0.5 oz. lemon juice
1.5 oz. Pierre Ferrand Cognac
5 dashes allspice dram
Add each ingredient into a shaker tin with ice, and shake until cold.
Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
Garnish with an orange twirl.
