3 whole strawberries
Small handful of mint
2oz Knox Whiskey Works Jackson Avenue Gin
.5oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
.5oz Cointreau
.25oz Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Fee Bros. Rhubarb Bitters
In a mixing tin, muddled the strawberries, mint and lemon juice. Add the remaining ingredients and ice. Shake the tin for 45 seconds or until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and chilled. Double strain into a martini stem.
