Garden Pepper Margarita

Garden Pepper Margarita

Each year, we exit the Summer season with an abundance of peppers from the Garden. Not wanting any good ingredients to go to waste, our team dries the peppers we don't use to preserve them and save for later use. Then each year, the Main House Beverage team uses a unique blend of the previous Summer’s peppers to infuse a custom tequila. The result is a rich, pepper-flavored, but not-too-spicy, delicious margarita.

Enjoy little kick of Summer flavor with this garden-inspired cocktail.

Garden Pepper Margarita
1.5 oz. Cazadores Blanco Tequila, house-infused with dried peppers from the Garden*
1 oz. lime juice
.5 oz. agave
.5 oz. Cointreau

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake hard with ice. Dump entire tin into an empty salt-rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

*To infuse the tequila, add a cup of crushed, dried peppers to a liter of tequila. Allow the infusion to sit for two hours or until your desired level of spiciness is achieved. Cheers!
