Foraging BINGO
Our Food and Beverage team loves to take advantage of the beautiful natural resources around us and forage for fresh, regional ingredients that they can incorporate into dishes and beverages in the restaurants. At the start of Spring, Executive Chef Joey Edwards created a foraging BINGO board as a game with the Three Sisters dinner team. We liked the idea so much, we wanted in on the fun! So, with the help of Chef Joey, we created a foraging BINGO board that you can print off at home. Keep in mind, plants are regional. So if something on our board doesn't grow in your area, replace that square with something that does. How many will you discover?
