This is a Blackberry Mountain Beverage team take on a classic gin martini. The Wonderbird Gin is distilled from rice. So, the team uses sake in place of vermouth to play on the rice flavors in this drink. Very clean, elegant and strong, enjoy our Whippoorwill Martini!
Ingredients:
1 oz. Junmai Sake
2 oz. Wonderbird Gin
6 drops bergamot tincture (or lemon bitters)
3 drops saline solution (1-part water, 10-parts salt)
Add all ingredients to a mixing pitcher and stir with ice.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.
