We asked Blackberry Farm Yoga Instructor Lauren Logan for her insight on the benefits of yoga, and beyond just the practice, the benefits of the environment you do it in.

“I think we hear a lot about the benefits of yoga being things like increased flexibility, greater balance, and reduced blood pressure. And while those are all true and awesome, the most beneficial result of yoga practice that I see is the ability to reset your internal environment.
