Wood Grilled Beef Flat Iron
Wood Grilled Beef Flat Iron, charred garden onions, grilled mushrooms, potato puree and mint
Serves 8
8 charred green onions
1 Tablespoon grapeseed oil
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
¼ cup rich beef jus
Salt and pepper
Puree the charred onions with the grapeseed oil and vinegar until smooth. While still blending, slowly drizzle in the beef jus. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve over grilled meats and potatoes.
