Winter's Bellini
Bellinis are a classic, bright cocktail, perfect for a refreshing sip. A traditional Bellini is made with prosecco and peach purée. For Winter, the Main House bar put a seasonal twist on the mix, utilizing Anjou pear purée and blood orange to shake up the flavor. Grab your champagne flute and enjoy!
.5 oz. blood orange juice
.5 oz. Anjou pear purée
Top with your sparkling wine of choice. At the Main House, we use Mestres 1312 Cava.
Add all ingredients directly to a champagne flute. You can use a bar spoon to make a few light stirs if the pear purée settles at the bottom.
