Winey Pear
Holiday Cocktail #3: Winey Pear:
4 oz. Eroica Riesling (other off dry style will work)1 oz. Pear Liqueur (You can use Poire William but will need to add simple syrup to sweeten)
.5 oz. Amaretto
Pear slice
In a rocks glass with ice combine all ingredients and stir. Garnish with a pear slice.
