White Pine

White Pine is a beautifully seasonal cocktail that we love seeing return to the Dogwood menu for Spring. The mix features a house made pine cone syrup made from young, green pine cones found on the Farm.

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Jackson Ave Gin
• 1 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur (clear)
• 1 oz. lemon juice
• 0.25 oz. Dolin Dry
• 0.25 oz. pine cone syrup
• Pinch lemon zest

Stir pine cone syrup into gin to dissolve. Add remaining ingredients and shake well. Serve with broken ice in a rocks glass, and garnish with pine sprig.
