Veranda Spritzer

The Veranda Spritzer is a play on a wine spritzer, and it’s a Summertime favorite at the Main House. It’s a great sweet, Summer cocktail to take out on the Main House Lawn and enjoy with a sunny view of the surrounding mountains. Refreshing and fun, enjoy cooling off with a Veranda Spritzer.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz House-infused Stoli Vodka
• .5 oz Fresh lemon
• .5 oz Agave
• Fresh Rosemary sprig
• Fresh Blackberries
• Cava

To infuse the vodka, we dry out blackberries in the oven and place 8-10 of them in a bottle of Stoli Raspberry Vodka for approximately one month to achieve our desired house-infused vodka flavor. You can skip the infusion and use Stoli Raspberry or a flavored vodka of your choosing.

To Mix:
Combine the vodka, fresh lemon juice, agave and a few sprigs of rosemary in a shaker and shake well with ice. Strain the mixture into an ice-filled wineglass. Top with Cava or a sparkling wine of your choosing. Add blackberries and a sprig of fresh rosemary to garnish. Cheers!
