In Tennessee, the tomato-growing season can linger into Indian summer. We like to showcase heirloom tomatoes in their raw state with just a small amount of embellishment. Simply cutting up different varieties of tomatoes and arranging them on a platter or individual salad plates, sprinkling them with kosher salt and then drizzling a bit of our Blackberry Farm Kale, Ramp or Basil Pesto is one of our favorite ways to offer a quick and delicious salad.
