The Old Red Barn
Some drinks seem destined before they are even created. This holds true for one of our newest creations, “The Old Red Barn.” I was challenged to create a cocktail in order to highlight the new Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka. During this same time, I was thinking of ways to feature the wonderful flavor of fresh watermelon. While in our immense garden picking some fresh herbs, everything came together in my mind. “The Old Red Barn” represents the fresh seasonal flavor of summer, as well as our garden fresh herbs. It is our hope that this drink brings to mind the brightness and earthiness that encompasses the summer months for all our guests.
