The Midnight Train

The newest addition to the “After Dinner Drinks” menu is the perfect complement to end your night – The Midnight Train. This smooth cocktail iscrafted with housemade nocino, made from the black walnut trees on property, which has been aging for nearly one year. It is a rich drink with a greatdepth of flavor, perfect for digesting after a large meal.

Ingredients
1.5 oz Housemade Nocino
0.5 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz chilled espresso
1 oz cream

Shake ingredients with ice until the drink gets frothy, then strain into a glass. Finish with an orange twist and enjoy. Cheers!
