Home should be a place that feels stress-free and relaxing. A place where you feel a wave of calmness wash over your body as soon as you walk through the door. One of the easiest ways to support achieving that environment is through aromatherapy. There are many ways to scent your home, but an essential oil diffuser is one of our favorite ways to fill a space with an aroma that is easy, safe and so enjoyable.

Essential oil diffusers break down oils into smaller molecules and then evenly disperse them into the air. These oils can help freshen up a room, while also offering the wellness benefits of your chosen scent – like reducing feelings of stress and anxiety. Some essential oils can even help lessen allergies and clear your airways. It’s recommended to place a diffuser in a bedroom, living room or anywhere you like to relax.

Citrus scents and mint are great for energy boosting. To help promote better sleep and relaxation, diffuse lavender, cedarwood, frankincense or a combination of all three. If you’re feeling stressed, try some clary sage or sandalwood.

The beautiful thing about diffusing is that you can make it what you desire. Use a single scent, or mix a beautiful combination. Pick the essential oil that aligns with what you’d like to address or simply pick your favorite smell. Add several drops for a stronger aroma or use just a few for a light lift.
