The Jaliscan

Created as a tequila-inspired Manhattan, the Jaliscan is the perfect slow-sipper by the fireplace in the Winter months. Whether you’re enjoying a gathering of friends or relaxing after a long day, this cocktail has all the right ingredients to be appreciated all season long.

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Mi Casa Reposado
½ oz. Fidencio Clasico Mezcal
½ oz. Cardamaro
½ oz. Zirbenz Pine Liqueur

To Mix:
Add the ingredients into a mixing pitcher and stir on ice. Once combined, strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with an orange peel expressed* on the rim.

*Expressed refers to holding the peel above the drink and twisting it to help release the natural oil, then rubbing the peel over the rim of the glass before dropping it in.
