The Barn Fall Cocktails
The Barn’s Fall cocktail menu includes four beverages specially crafted for the season. If you’re looking for the perfect sips to enjoy on cool Autumn days, look no further than these inspired flavors being mixed up at Blackberry Farm.
Applejack Rabbit
2 oz. Laird’s Bottled in Bond Apple Brandy
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Orange Juice
¾ oz. Maple Sorghum Syrup
Shake all ingredients together and strain into a rocks glass over a large cube of ice. Top with an apple slice half-dipped into cinnamon sugar.
Trinidad Sour
1.5 oz. Amaro di Angostura
½ oz. Michter’s Rye
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Orgeat
Barspoon of Angostura Bitters
Shake all ingredients together and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Sloe-groni
1 oz. Hayman’s Sloe Gin
1 oz. Ki No Bi Gin
1 oz. Campari
Stir all ingredients together and dump into a chilled rocks glass with the ice from the shaker. Garnish with an orange peel.
Whiskey Daisy
2 oz. Company Distilling Maple Finished Bourbon
1 oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Orgeat
½ oz. Simple Syrup
½ oz. Matchbook Triple Sec
Splash of Club Soda
Marigold petals, if desired for garnish
Shake all but the club soda together. Strain into chilled coupe glass and top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with picked marigold petals.
