Summer Thyme

FromThe Barn’s Summer cocktail menu, it’s the perfect time for Summer Thyme! This drink features a fizzing finish of Blackberry Farm Brewery Peel YourFace Orange IPA. The mix of citrus, fresh herbs and gin creates a perfect cocktail for sipping in the Summer sunshine.

Ingredients:

1oz Bristow Gin
1oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
1 dash of Fee Brothers Lemon Bitters
1 sprig of thyme
Blackberry Farm Brewery Peel Your Face Orange IPA

In a cocktail shaker with ice, add all ingredients except the beer. Shake for 45 seconds and double strain into a champagne flute. Top with the beer andgarnish it with a sprig of thyme and thick orange peel.
