Strengthen and SUP
September is a great time to Strengthen and SUP! (that’s Stand Up Paddleboarding if you are new to the term). This month still has warm, sunny afternoons, and beautiful late-summer wildflowers bloom along the banks of the river and lakes. Our guided Strengthening Paddleboarding offering combines a scenic journey with a core-pushing, full body workout. A refreshing dip in the water can help you feel invigorated and renewed. A peaceful stretch and relaxation rounds out the Blackberry Wellness experience.
If you are a first-time paddleboarder, a slower-paced introduction to the sport can be experienced with our leisure Paddleboarding trips, of course, with the same gorgeous views and cool refreshing water.
