Strawberry Fields Forever

Inspired by the Beverage team at Blackberry Mountain, we created a Blackberry-exclusive Strawberry and Pine Bud Shrub that gets used in this refreshing mocktail recipe from Three Sisters.

A shrub is a non-alcoholic elixir concocted to bring delicious fruit and vinegar notes to cocktail and mocktail recipes. Our shrub gets its unique and dynamic flavor from the combination of strawberries, macerated with cane sugar, and syrup made from locally-foraged pine buds.

Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Strawberry and Pine Bud Shrub
¼ oz. lime juice
Club soda

To Mix
Combine in a small Collins glass over ice and top with Fever Tree club soda (or your club soda of choice).
Garnish with citrus of your choice.
