Sting Like a Bee

Try this cocktail recipe at home!

1.5oz St. George Green Chile Vodka
.75oz Local Honey Simple Syrup
.25oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
2 Dashes of Tabasco
2 Dashes of Worcestershire
6 Basil Leaves
Top with Cava

In a shaker tin, add ice and all other ingredients except the cava. Shake the tin for 45 seconds until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and chilled.Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top the glass with Cava and garnish with a basil leave and lime twist.

Honey Syrup Recipe

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add in 1 cup of granulated sugar and a half a cup of local organic honey. Stir unitl the sugar and honey are completelydissolved.
