June 14–17
With a focus on creating a healthy outdoor lifestyle, this event will combine daily yoga classes, paddleboarding, garden-fresh juicing tips and cooking demonstrations with Nutritionist McKel Hill. You’ll join Wellhouse Fitness Guru Hope Parks out on the water for Strengthen SUP, a fun paddleboarding excursion that will tone and exhilarate. And, of course, each day will feature meals that showcase balanced, straight-from-the-farm food at its best.

No matter your level of yoga experience, you’ll discover the power of alignment in a retreat that marries vigorous movement with quiet sitting.
