Spring Fling in the Dogwood

The Dogwood has introduced a light, bright cocktail for the transition from Spring to Summer - the Spring Fling. This gin based drink features a honeysucklerose syrup made from multiple varieties of roses and honeysuckle foraged on Blackberry Farm property. Its beautiful pink coloring is a perfect complimentto the roses blooming around the Farm.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Hendricks Gin
1 oz Honeysuckle Rose syrup
0.5 oz Dolin Dry
0.75 oz fresh lime juice

Mix ingredients together and strain into glass. Garnish with a fresh rose petal for a soft, decorative finish. Enjoy!
