Smoky Mountain Bird
The Smoky Mountain Bird is the Blackberry Farm beverage team’s take on a jungle bird, a classic tiki cocktail.
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. dark rum
¾ oz. lime
¾ oz. simple syrup
6 mint leaves
½ oz. Campari
Shake all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker until icy and cold to the touch. Pour into a rocks glass, and garnish with the pretty top of a mint sprig. If you clap the mint sprig between your hands before adding it to the drink, you'll express the mint oils. Drink it without a straw to really smell the herbs. Cheers!
