Siesta

The Siesta is one of the most popular cocktails at Three Sisters and Sycamore at Blackberry Mountain. The Siesta was created by a New York bartender, Katie Stipe, as a spin on the Hemingway Daquiri. The flavor is bright and citrusy, with a touch of sweetness to balance.

1.5 oz. Fortaleza Blanco Tequila
0.25 oz. Campari
0.75 oz. lime juice
0.5 oz. grapefruit juice
0.75 oz. simple syrup

Build in a shaker, and shake on ice. Strain up into a chilled coupe glass. Cheers!
