Here's what not to miss for this month! (in no particular order)

Discover Trap Shooting
When we go out for our 2 hour shoots at Smoky Mountain Sports Club, Blackberry’s private shooting grounds, we typically focus more on shooting and less on keeping score. However, we have just opened a trap field that may cause some to keep score. An official Olympic sport and rooted in bird hunting history, next time you are there ask your instructor to shoot trap.

Try it First
Our beer is now in the restaurants! Ask your bartender about them or schedule a brewery tour!

Try Paddleboarding
Most people view the month of September as the end of summer and the start of fall. Take advantage of the final days of warm sunshine and refreshing water on a private paddleboarding trip. Our guides will take you to the south end of the Smokies where you will learn how to SUP (Stand up Paddle) or enjoy an already known hobby.

School’s Back In
Enroll in a culinary class lunch either in our professional kitchen or over an open fire in our heirloom garden. Join our Preservationist, Farmstead Manager or Gardener to hone your cooking skills while learning the rich history of Foothills Cuisine and enjoying a truly memorable meal.

Splat Some Paint
If you are traveling to Blackberry with friends or family, enjoy some friendly competition with a paintball session. Guaranteed to be action-packed and fun for everyone, our guides will help to create stories that will not be forgotten.

Just Out of the Larder
Peach Jam is back in season! A great sweet, late summer jam!

Not so Ruff
Spend time with our pack of Lagotto Romagnolo, or Italian Truffle Dogs. Discover the fascinating history of this ancient and special breed during a training session with our trainer. We truly love this breed and are sure you will as well!
