Balance & Ground is designed to balance the delicate facial skin, leaving it healthy and glowing, while bringing peace, rest, comfort and harmony to your body. During the facial element, a singing bowl ritual and calm-inducing breathing practice encourages positive emotions to soothe your busy mind. Then, face mapping therapy and kinetic face massage melts away stress and tension.

The body wrap portion of Balance & Ground begins with the gentle placement of a singing bowl on the body for immediate serenity. Then, a full body scrub that softens and revitalizes the skin is followed by a body wrap rich in honey and pomegranate enzymes to nurture the skin. Finally, a relaxing body massage completes this unique pampering experience.

SOOTHE & REST
Soothe & Rest is comprised of treatments focused on calm and comfort, helping to restore the skin’s defense system while encouraging a complete bodily reset for optimal performance. The facial focuses on lymphatic drainage to ease physical tension while a sleep-enhancing breathing technique guides you to serenity. A truly soothing and calming facial, this treatment is suitable for irritated or inflamed skin, helping to restore the skin’s defense system and healthy complexion.

Using a Vermont-blended herbal cocktail and gua sha therapy, the tension-melting massage element of Soothe & Rest treats the whole body, focusing on the traditional stress holding areas of the back, neck and shoulders.
