San Pablo Sour
A touch of sweetness, a touch of smokiness and a touch of sour, the San Pablo Sour from Three Sisters at Blackberry Mountain is as delicious as it is beautiful. Topping the cocktail with a red wine float gives an eye-catching layered effect that makes this drink refreshing to enjoy and impressive to serve.
Ingredients:
½ oz. agave syrup
1 oz. lemon juice
1 ½ oz. Fidencio Clasico Mezcal
1 dropper Bitterman’s Xocatl Mole Bitters
Whites from 1 egg
1 oz. red wine float
To Make:
Combine all ingredients, except the red wine, in a shaker tin.
Dry shake. Add ice and shake till cold.
Strain in a rocks glass on a single cube of ice, and float red wine on top.
