Roman Sour

The Firetower Beverage team offers their twist on a traditional sour, using limoncello balanced with amaro. Enjoy the delicious depth of flavor of the Roman Sour!

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. Virtus Lemoncello
½ oz. Sfumato Amaro
¾ oz. simple syrup
¾ oz. lemon juice
1 egg white

To make:
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.
Dry shake (without ice) first. Then add ice to wet shake.
Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
Add 1 oz. Dolcetto D'Alba float on top.
