Roasted Pears with Blackberry Farm Honey and Singing Brook Cheese

A wonderful way to end a meal or serve as a light appetizer, warm wedges of pears are drizzled with our own honey and shavings of our Singing Brook Cheese.

Serves 4

• 2-3 ripe pears
• 1 tablespoon butter, softened
• 2 tablespoons Blackberry Farm Honey
• ½ cup shaved Blackberry Farm Singing Brook Cheese

Preheat oven to 400 ° F

Cut the pears into 4 wedges each and remove the seeds. Spread a little of the softened butter on each of the wedges and place on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the surface of the pears becomes slightly brown. Remove from the oven and place the wedges on individual plates or a serving dish. Drizzle the warm pears with Blackberry Farm Honey and sprinkle with the shaved Singing Brook Cheese. Serve immediately.
