Beyond the great company and shared laughter, it’s important to plan meals that will refuel cyclists after long days of pedaling in the Pro-Am. Chef LachlanMcKinnon-Patterson of Frasca Food and Wine will partner with Blackberry Farm chefs to serve balanced, delicious meals designed to help riders relax andrecuperate after each day of the event.
Frasca Food and Wine Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and Wine Importer Todd Mathis of DNS Wines will be pairing wines to complement the meals. Many ofthe great monuments of cycling are linked to the most acclaimed wine regions, creating a natural connection between the two.
