Refreshed for Spring
After a Winter refresh, the team is thrilled to welcome guests back to Blackberry Mountain on March 19. We’ve been hard at work making thoughtful updates, expansions and design adjustments that invite you to continue enjoying Blackberry’s signature hospitality and the Mountain’s idyllic setting at an even higher level. From taking a seat in a new chair in the dining room to admiring a new piece of art that greats you as you enter a room, we can’t wait for you to enjoy what’s new at the Mountain. Below, we’re offering a sneak peek at just some of the changes you can anticipate at the Mountain during your next visit. We can’t wait to share more memorable moments with you this Spring and beyond!
Interior Design Highlights:
- The Whippoorwill Bar features new furniture and a redesigned tile and stone bar.
- The dining terrace in Three Sisters has been enclosed to create a new dining space, Leconte Dining Room, that features panoramic views.
- New artwork and lighting are installed throughout Three Sisters for a beautifully updated visual experience.
- The Classroom at the Hub has been redesigned to allow the space to accommodate an even broader range of classes for our guests.
What’s New in Wellness:
- New Moon and Full Moon programming will be offered throughout the year, including New Moon Journaling & Intention Setting on April 17 and Full Moon Alchemy Soundbathing on April 1.
- Spring Training, Ropes Wall Yoga and Somatic Sculpt are returning to our list of wellness offerings for March and April!
- Winding Woodlands Meditation at the Whaley Trail will be offered every Tuesday and Friday throughout the month of May.
- *The traditional Nest spa space will remain closed until May, and our sauna, steam rooms and lounge will be unavailable during treatment experiences over that time. While we wrap up renovations, the Nest team looks forward to making you feel relaxed and at home while offering treatments in one of our Treehouse accommodations.
On the Menu:
- Executive Chef Joey Edwards and the Three Sisters Culinary team are bringing some “best of” dishes from the restaurant back to the menu as well as sharing brand-new recipes, including desserts by our new pastry chef Garrett Dodson.
- The In-Room Dining menu is expanding to offer fresh options to enjoy in guest accommodations.
- Executive Chef Phillip Hare is cooking up a new Spring dish with ramps, a favorite foraged ingredients for our chefs as the season turns.
As nature stretches and awakes for a new season, there's no better time to discover the surprises in store at Blackberry Mountain.
