Reenergize with Crystals

Reenergize with Crystals

When Spring emerges, it can be difficult to shake off the inertia and heaviness of the Winter months. Movement and growth may feel slow or sticky at first, but as the days get longer and the temperatures climb higher, so too does our energy.

Crystals can be a beautiful tool to assist in your reemergence into the lightness of Spring. With their stable energy patterns and individual frequencies, crystals can aid in the shifting and aligning of energy to uplift and motivate. As we move into the warmer months of action and purpose, they clear stagnant energies, offer emotional protection and ignite our internal energy centers (chakras).

Some examples of crystals and how they might support you include:

  • Rose quartz to promote peace and gentle sleep.
  • Citrine to call in a sense of joy, excitement and adventure.
  • Moonstone to reduce emotional tension.
  • Tiger eye to inspire and promote confidence.
  • Jasper to stir up your life force (prana or chi).
  • Amethyst to cultivate serenity.
  • Clear quartz for clear insights into the future and the next right steps you should be taking.

Ways to use crystals and connect with their energy:

  • Place on the body during sleep or meditation.
  • Wear on the body as jewelry.
  • Place in your bath water.
  • Place in your home or workspace.
  • Place in your drinking water.

We offer Crystal Reiki and Crystal Meditation at Blackberry Mountain, both of which use a variety of stones to amplify the energetic effects of the practice.

The reiki may involve placing crystals on the body, and guests lie on the HealthyLine mat, which is filled with tourmaline (grounding), amethyst (clearing) and jade (soothing). The meditation includes a bit of education around crystals and their different purposes, as well as a guided visualization focused on connecting with those crystal energies and bringing them into the mind and body to promote a positive change.
