Start the coming Summer off the right way with new standup paddleboard opportunities at Blackberry Mountain! Whether it’s your first time getting on a board or you’re a balancing expert, paddleboarding is one of our favorite ways to get out on the water and challenge our core – plus, it’s fun!

SUP Circuit – Test your cardio limit with the new SUP Circuit. Throughout the workout, complete three-to-four circuits on land, focusing on lower body, upper body and core. Between each set, you mount your board to paddle a loop around the Valley pond, challenging you to increase the intensity and speed of your workout! For the final circuit before crossing the finish line, you can choose to complete the circuit on land or on your board. The core strength and trust that is discovered by the end of class will truly push you out of your comfort zone and just might help you discover a love of circuit work.

SUP Yoga – Looking for a slower pace but just as much challenge? Hone your balancing skills and soak up some sunshine with SUP yoga! Practice begins with table top postures to gain core strength and build trust with yourself and the board. As you become more comfortable, push yourself into balancing postures. Don’t worry about falling in, that’s half the fun! After all, approaching your practice in a new way and experimenting with your body is exactly what yoga is about.

All you need for a SUP class is a light-hearted attitude, a sense of adventure and playfulness! Get outside this Summer and experience something you never have before.
