Prickly Paradise Mocktail

The Prickly Paradise is an alcohol-free spin on a classic passionfruit martini, created by the Three Sisters Beverage team at Blackberry Mountain. By replacing the passion fruit puree with prickly pear and swapping the vodka for an alcohol-free sprit, the sip retains a fruit-forward flavor profile with notes of tart citrus and vanilla that make the traditional cocktail so beloved — but without any added alcohol.

Whether you’re participating in dry January or simply craving a sip that’s both free of alcohol and full of flavor, the Prickly Paradise is a must-try this season.

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ ounces Seedlip Notas de Agave
• 1 ½ ounces prickly pear puree*
• 1 ounce lime juice
• ½ ounce vanilla syrup

To make:
Shake with ice, strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lime peel.

*The Three Sisters Beverage team uses Prickly Pear Cactus Puree from The Perfect Puree of Napa Valley. When recreating this recipe at home, a homemade prickly pear puree or those sourced from other retailers work as substitutes.
