Pisco Flip

March 1, 2013

There are a variety of different ways to begin or end an incredible meal. Some people prefer the light touch of champagne, while others desire the burn of a deep brown spirit. A bitter cocktail or sweet mixed drink can also offer the perfect touch. At Blackberry Farm, there is a drink to fulfill each craving and preference. However, if a slight bitter finish is what you desire, the Pisco Flip completes any dining experience. The uniqueness of the Pisco, the flavorful Aperol and the intriguing qualities of the Fee Bros. Black Walnut Bitters come together to create a drink that every palate can enjoy. Finally, the fresh farmstead egg white adds a smooth texture and quality that can be enjoyed before, during, and after your meal.
