Pimento Cheese: Three Ways

Pimento Cheese: Three Ways

We have taken our traditional pimento cheese recipe and added in an aged sheep's milk cheese that creates an even more delicious and complex flavor. Creamy in taste and bold in flavor, our Sheep’s Milk Pimento Cheese is sure to be a hit and a new Farm favorite! Artisan Cheesemaker Chris Osborne and Main House Chef Bonnie Moore share three ways to include pimento cheese into any meal this Summer.

Pimento Cheese Sandwich

We love to toast slices of our favorite Sally Lunn Bread and add a heavy spread of pimento cheese then top with Blackberry Farm Chow Chow. It's simple to put together and full of great flavor!

Pimento Cheese Dip

Put your pimento cheese into a skillet and top with bread crumbs. Heat the skillet in the oven, and serve with lavosh or bread to dip. It's a quick way to show off pimento cheese in a different way, and it's great for setting out for any kind of gathering or party.

Canapé

Create a delicious canapé in no time by topping lavosh or a cracker with pimento cheese and adding your favorite Farmstead products. Try it with Bread and Butter Pickles, Pickled Okra, Pickled Ramps or Chow Chow!
