Peppered Honey

Peppered Honey
2 oz infused ancho pepper vodka
1 oz honey simple syrup
.25 oz Sherry Fino
Pinch of Salt
2 dashes each of lemon and peychauds bitters
.5oz lemon juice
Lemon Twist Garnish

Add all ingredients into shaker tin. Shake until cold and fine strain into martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist
