Peach Vidalia Glazed Chicken Wings

This oven-baked version of wings is a quick way to make a delicious appetizer or meal when paired with a salad or other side dish. Blackberry Farm Peach Vidalia Jam makes a fantastic sweet and savory glaze that pairs well with poultry. Makes one dozen chicken wings.

Preheat an oven to 400° F.

In a mixing bowl, combine the salt, pepper and vegetable oil. Toss the chicken wings in the oil and place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Put the wings in the center rack of the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, turn the wings over, then return them to the oven for another 10 minutes. While they are cooking, heat the Peach Vidalia Jam in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, and stir until it is just warm and loosened up a bit. Remove the wings from the oven, brush each wing with the warm jam and return to the oven. Cook for another 10 minutes. Remove the wings from the oven, allow them to rest for five minutes and serve!
