Our Beer is Growing

Our Beer is Growing

What a perfect season to survey your surroundings and observe the abundant examples of growth. Virtually everything that has been long at rest has begun the revival of life, displaying both a visual and visceral experience of newness and possibility.

It’s one of my favorite times of the year, and I have to selfishly admit that this year brings a particularly unique perspective to this awakening of life and potential. Our beer program began with one style of beer and three humble yet capable fermentation tanks. We are now pushing the boundaries of our barn here on the farm to keep up with what is still an infantile amount of cases per year.

But our future looks bright. We have been hard at work to provide a new home for our brewing team and our beers. This new home will afford us the good fortune of producing more of our existing styles and many exciting new offerings in the future. It will also enable us to get beer out to more places where our wonderful guests and partners have expressed an interest in that prospect.

Growing is a beautiful thing to experience, but along with that come some growing pains and responsibility. We are intimately aware that we will always be a small fixture in the craft beer world and we have no desire to change that in any way. Our passion for quality and our commitment to excellence rings true in every decision we make, and that will always be our driving force and our filter.

As we grow, we promise to keep a respectful eye on those many that came before us, be true to our craft and our products, and push the boundaries of what beer can be, because after all….craft beer is growing into realms that had previously been unthinkable and we appreciate our position to help nurture these new opportunities.
