Mr. Daniel's Colossal Wassail

Mr. Daniel's Colossal Wassail

Ingredients:

• 1 quart fresh unpasteurized apple cider
• 4 star anise pods
• 2 ceylon cinnamon sticks
• 375ml Jack Daniel's

To make:
Heat cider with anise and cinnamon until it comes to a simmer, then remove from the stove and add Jack Daniel's. Serve with a cinnamon stick.
