Mountains in the Mist

This Blackberry Mountain signature cocktail is the perfect complement to any afternoon. Bring a piece of the Mountain to your kitchen, and celebrate the end of your day with a Mountains in the Mist. Cheers!

Ingredients

.25 oz honey syrup
.25 oz lemon juice
.75 oz grapefruit juice
.5 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
1.5 oz Casamigos Reposado Tequila (or your tequila of choice)
1 egg white
Angostura Bitters spritz for garnish

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, and shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain the liquid into a clean shaker and dry shake the liquid without any ice for an additional 10 seconds. Pour the contents into a chilled coupe glass. At Whippoorwill Lounge, we use an "M" logo stencil and spritz angostura bitters to create the Mountain logo on top of the drink. You can make your own stencils and play with this technique using any shape you'd like to try!
