Morning Tonic
Here is a recipe for a morning pick me up juice from our Wellness Director, Amanda Anderson!
5 to 6 ounces baby spinach leaves
2 apples, halved and cored
2 medium carrots
2 celery sticks
Juice of 1/2 large lemon
One 2-inch piece ginger
Optional ice
Pass the spinach, apples, carrots, celery, lemon juice and ginger through a juice maker, according to the manufacturer's directions. Option to pour the juice into 2 ice-filled glasses
