Mint Julep Sweet Tea

With the sweltering temperatures of the last few weeks we fell in love with this summertime cocktail.

1.5oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey
.5oz Simple Syrup
3oz Sweet Tea
Handful of fresh garden mint
1 Lemon wheel
1 Fresh garden mint sprig topper

In a mason jar add the handful of fresh garden mint and simple syrup. Muddle then fill the mason jar with crushed ice. Add the bourbon and sweet tea. Stir to mix. Garnish with a fresh garden mint sprig topper and a lemon wheel.
