Midnight Moonlight

This winter cocktail is named after a classic bluegrass song written by a southern folk band. The dark rum, lime juice and Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan Nut Brown Ale will remind you of a chilly night in the foothills of the Smoky's.

2 oz. Prichard's Dark Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
2 Dashes of Old Fashioned Bitters
1 Egg White

Dry shake all ingredients but the beer. Add ice and re-shake. Strain into a beer glass and top with Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan Nut Brown Ale.
