Marinated Olives with slivered salumi with our Butcher

2 cups mixed olives
Peel of one orange
1 garlic clove
Fresh thyme
Sprig of fresh rosemary
¼ cup olive oil
Strips of salumi ends
Gently heat oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 20 sec. then add peel, thyme, rosemary and set aside to cool. Poor oil mixture over olives and salumi strips and mix together.
