Margarita, Mountain Style

It doesn’t get much better than a great margarita, and all you need are a few ingredients and a high-quality tequila. By far the most popular tequila-based cocktail ordered at Blackberry Mountain, Logan Griffin, director of food and beverage, is sharing the recipe for the Mountain’s classic margarita.

Margarita
2 ounces Mi Casa Tequila Blanco
0.75 ounces lime juice
0.5 ounces Grand Marnier
0.25 ounces agave syrup

To mix:
Salt half the rim of your rocks glass.
Add all ingredients into your shaker tin.
Shake together with ice.
Strain the drink into your rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
