Main House Veranda Spritzer

The Veranda Spritzer is our take on a wine spritzer, and it’s a Summertime favorite at the Main House. It’s a great, sweet cocktail to take out on the Main House Lawn and enjoy with a sunny view of the surrounding mountains. Refreshing and fun, enjoy cooling off with a Veranda Spritzer.

Veranda Spritzer

• 1 oz. blackberry-infused Stoli Raspberry Vodka
• .5 oz agave
• .5 oz lemon juice
• Rosemary sprig and blackberries for garnishing

We infuse the vodka in house by drying out blackberries in the oven and placing about six berries in a 1L bottle of Stoli Raspberry Vodka for approximately one month. If you like, you can skip the infusion and use Stoli Raspberry or a flavored vodka that you enjoy.

To Mix: Shake all ingredients and strain into an ice-filled wine glass. Top with Mestres 1312 cava or the sparkling wine of your choice. Garnish with blackberries and a fresh rosemary sprig. Cheers!
